Costs for examination

Are you (temporarily) residing in the Netherlands or of Dutch descent and living abroad? Then we would like to point out that the costs for this examination are for your account, whether or not through your health insurance. To get your costs reimbursed by your health insurance, we would like to ask you to mail or send the following to Certe.

You are (temporarily) residing in the Netherlands in connection with study, vacation or work. You have health insurance in your home country.

Then there are 3 possibilities:

  1. You are in possession of a valid EHIC. Please send us a copy of this card so that we can send the costs directly to your insurance company.  You can mail or send the copy to the address below, stating your name and date of birth.
  2. You have an AON insurance policy. Please provide us with this number (often begins with a letter) so that we can send the charges directly to your insurance company. You can mail or send the insurance number to the address below, mentioning your name, date of birth and date of validity.
  3. You do not have the above, but you are insured in your home country. Then we will send the invoice of the costs to your home address in the Netherlands. You should then take care of its payment yourself. (Otherwise it's insured). Please provide us with your e-mail address.
